Culture Ireland is inviting applications for interested parties to join the Irish delegation at Classical:NEXT taking place in Berlin, Germany from 12 to 15 May 2025.
Classical:NEXT is an international showcase and industry conference aimed at the classical and contemporary music sector. The four-day networking event includes showcase concerts and a trade event with presentation of projects and services. Further information of the event is available here.
Culture Ireland is offering a limited number of delegate bursaries aimed at artists, managers, and representatives of companies and organisations. Applicants should have a track record of achievement in the classical and contemporary music sector, some experience of international presentations, and have excellent promotional material available.
It is a condition of support that delegates attend at the Culture Ireland stand for particular periods, based on a schedule agreed in advance.
The award (€800 per delegate) is towards the costs of return flights, registration and a contribution towards accommodation and subsistence.
