Culture Ireland was proud to host Meet the Irish, a special networking event at Honey Pot, Adelaide Fringe on Tuesday 11 March 2025, celebrating the talented Irish artists making waves at this year’s festivals.

The event offered a key opportunity to connect with networks, festivals, and presenters from across Australia and around the world, strengthening international relationships and creating new opportunities for Irish artists.

Some of the artists presenting at the festivals included:

• Krapp’s Last Tape – Landmark Productions
• Chicken– Eva O’Connor & Hildegard Ryan
• Trawled– Eoin Ryan
• Love Letter– Camille O’Sullivan
• And multiple amazing street performances by Grant Goldie 

Special guests included Minister of State Emer Higgins and Daniel Lowe, Deputy Head of Mission, Irish Embassy Canberra. Niamh O’Donnell (Irish Theatre Institute) & Lucy Medlycott (ISACS Network) hosted the event on behalf of Culture Ireland.
